NICHOLAS DAVIDSON

PROFILE

Nicholas is an Art Director and Designer based in San Francisco, California. Nicholas's ability to merge concept and design has allowed him to work with a wide range of clients and industries from biotechnolgy to fashion. He is currently accepting projects from agencies, design studios and
direct clients.

Nicholas began his career at Cahan & Associates in San Francisco. He has also worked independently with some of the nations top design firms: Hot Studio, Ammunition Group, Y&R SF, Emotive Brand, Goodby Silverstein, Method, Tar Studio, Yard NY, Turner Duckworth, Point One Percent, IDEO, Interbrand NY/SF, Agency.com, Howry Design, Toda, and Addis creson. Recently, Nicholas was an Art Director for And Partners NY and oversaw the creative staff.

His clients include Herman-miller, Coca-cola, New York Times, John Varvatos, Lesportsac, Bio-rad Labs, West-elm, Le Tigre, Brown-forman and numerous others. His work has received recognition from the Aiga, Graphis, GDUSA, Type Directors Club, Step Inside Design, Print, London International Advertising Awards, The One Show, Communication Arts, Healthcare Communications Worldwide Design Global Award, and Website Design Awards (WDA).

Nicholas graduated from the Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD) in 2003 with a BFA in
Graphic Design. He won a portfolio competition placing first out of more than 100 portfolios,
while still a student.
