At the core of this is the iFIT AI Coach, which delivers a profoundly personalized workout by analyzing each user's fitness objectives. The platform uses an interactive fitness guide, where an iFIT trainer leads the user through a series of questions. Based on the responses, the system pairs the right equipment with a custom workout plan, drawing from a library of over 10,000 workouts filmed in breathtaking outdoor locations and in-studio. This seamless integration of hardware and software creates a clear path from aspiration to reality, demonstrating how the ecosystem empowers users to reach their goals.
